Dungeon Delve - USB Update
- Dungeon Delve Mod – USB Update
For Stern Dungeons & Dragons: The Tyrant’s Eye
Thank you for purchasing the Dungeon Delve mod from Coming2U Mods! Follow this guide to update and customiz
1. Before You Start
- Format a USB drive to FAT32 format
2. Get Content Ready
Your Dungeon Delve can play 480x640 resolution videos (larger format may not work, but feel free to try). You can upload up to 3 videos with these file names and types:
- video1.mp4 - this video loops on startup and is the default video loop
- video2.mp4 - this video plays when the ball sensor is triggered by ball launch
- multiball.mp4 - this video plays when you trigger the ball sensor multiple times (during multiball)
*Code updates may be released from time to time as well and will be provided as a script file you can add to your thumbdrive for upload.
Load all your files on your thumbdrive in the root folder. Example:

3. Uploading Files
Disconnect the USB plug for your Dungeon Delve screen (you can do this while power is on). In the same USB port, plug in your thumb drive using the provided adapter.
Wait about 40 seconds, if your thumbdrive has an activity led, wait till it stops flashing.
3. Reboot
Disconnect the thumbdrive and plug the screen usb power cord back in. Disconnect the power cable from your Dungeon Delve electronics box and then reconnect it after a few seconds.
The Dungeon Delve should start up and play the new videos and run the standard RGB illumination. If your video format does not work you can reverse this process, see below.
Troubleshooting and Backup
When you plug the thumbdrive into the Dungeon Delve mod, it will search for update files and if any are found it will backup the original video and script files to your thumbdrive before replacing them.
If you wish to return to the standard videos, simply place the backed up video files in the root folder of your thumbdrive and repeat the upload process.
If you have any issues you cannot resolve, please reach out through the contact form on the Coming2U Mods website. Please include your game model and clear photos of the install area.
